We’ve had the honor of gathering with the most celebrated professionals in our industry from Mindy Weiss and Bryan Rafanelli to Lynn Easton and KT Merry (and so many more).
Our mission is simple — to create lasting impact and form tight-knit connections through one-on-one interactions and small group experiences. Our refreshing and needed style of hand-matched networking adds structure and sincerity so you can relax into the insightful conversations at hand instead of working the room or listening to impersonal, educational speakers.
For the first time ever, the best of our industry has a chance to maintain visibility and refresh their network in an intimate setting without time spent in stuffy conference rooms or club-like spaces. It’s purely introductions, shared meals, and experiences free of pretense or competition. We’ll use your time well as we curate this rare mingling.
These two built their first award-winning company, Indigo Event Design, through experiential events and multicultural weddings. Kindred was born out of a need for more sincere connections, just like the one that brought these two together.
The introvert to Rebecca’s extrovert, but more importantly, the organized, gracious, and keenly adept planner who buttons up the big picture needs — Erin finds absolute calm in the chaos. She brings more than 15 years of experience to the table and can crack any logistical puzzle. Her strengths shine brightly through Kindred.
Erin is also a mom to two sons, a CrossFitter, and is based in Portland. Her most productive setting is a friend’s coffee shop with the hum of conversations all around (not too different from the sound of meaningful discussions that take place at Kindred).
Best described as a relational designer, Rebecca thrives when she can blend her skills as a published event planner and licensed therapist. Kindred is an expression of these loves. She leans into the psychology of the human experience and connection to carefully pair people together among immersive environments that, all together, feel like a collective deep breath.
Home is Santa Barbara, ideally with linen samples on her desk and an impromptu dance party with her kids. There may be a French 75 in the mix, enjoyed alongside her husband.
