KIndred ROUndtable

Everything you love about Kindred in a brand new format

the same intentional curation, now designed around handmatched cohort groups across the wedding industry

What makes the ROUNDTABLE format different from other Kindred Collective Events?

→ A broader range of the wedding industry's top professionals beyond planners and photographers/ videographers

→ Hand-matched cohorts instead of one-to one meetings

→ Multiple cohort touchpoints throughout the event helping create opportunity for lasting relationships

What makes it the same?

→ An invite-only event bringing together 100 of the top creatives in the wedding industry

→ Thoughtfully curated programming with every attendee personally matched before the event

→ Learning is conversation-led, through intimate facilitated discussions not conference-style presentations.

Rather than keynote speakers and traditional networking, Roundtable creates hand-matched cohorts and small discussion groups for deeper learning and meaningful connection

education & connection re-imagined

"My experience with Kindred Collective has been nothing short of transformative. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into a space that genuinely values connection, growth, and authenticity. There’s an immediate sense of ease that allows you to show up as you are, while still feeling gently encouraged to expand, reflect, and evolve. Every element from the structure of the experience to the way people are guided through it feels thoughtful and purposeful. The conversations are meaningful, the energy is supportive, and there’s a strong sense of community that makes it easy to connect with others on a real, human level. It’s rare to find a space where you can feel both safe and inspired at the same time, but this truly delivers that balance."

“Kindred was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A whirlwind of inspiration and connection that felt meaningful and abundant. Of course you can expect the most transportive beauty from Rebecca and Erin but you also feel taken care of and spoiled. It was such a memorable, unique event and one that I am looking forward to joining again and again!”

"I had the time of my life at Kindred. Since this was my first time participating, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect or if I would feel like it was worth the investment. It was worth it ten times over and I will always prioritize going back!"

"Kindred gave me the space to connect and to really remind me of my why. The intimate conversations and shared experiences helped me slow down, step out of the day-to-day rush, and reconnect with the heart behind what I do. It wasn’t just about networking, it was about being seen, supported, and inspired by a community of peers who truly understand this industry. I left feeling grounded, clear, and more energized about the path ahead."

APRIL 5-7, 2027

Rosewood Mandarina

Mandarina, Mexico

Set between lush jungle, dramatic mountains, and the Pacific Ocean, Mandarina feels like a world entirely its own. Rosewood Mandarina is designed to disappear into the landscape, with architecture that feels thoughtful, intimate, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Every view offers something unexpected, from sweeping coastline to dense tropical greenery and wide open skies. The property brings together a rare sense of seclusion and adventure, with beautiful beaches, winding trails, equestrian grounds, and striking spaces throughout the resort. The natural beauty creates the kind of setting that invites people to slow down, be present, and connect more meaningfully. For Kindred Collective, it offers more than a beautiful backdrop; it creates an experience that feels transportive, memorable, and completely different from anywhere we have gathered before.

While transportation to and from the airport is not coordinated by Kindred, we’ll share a trusted third-party transfer option via email ahead of the event for a seamless arrival and departure experience.

A dedicated booking link with exclusive, preferred rates will be shared with attendees via email.

Kindred is designed to be experienced beyond the schedule, we recommend arriving early or staying a bit longer to fully settle in and connect.

"Truly, madly, deeply enamored with the experience at Kindred that was so thoughtfully curated. Everyone was approachable and the conversations throughout the days were unfiltered so it allowed for true connections to be formed.''

"Kindred was and is everything it says they are and you hope they are.  Everyone there has the same mindset and genuine good soul core. They really hand select members who abide by this and are truly there to connect. If you want to make connections, ask real questions, get real feedback and be cheered on by everyone, this is for you."

Frequently Asked Questions

Roundtable brings together leaders from across the wedding industry beyond just planners, photographers, and filmmakers. While we’ve expanded the range of wedding professionals who can attend, our standards remain the same: attendance is limited to 100 highly selected individuals. In addition to wedding planners, designers, photographers, and filmmakers, our attendee list will include a carefully curated selection of other leading wedding industry professionals, including—but not limited to—luxury hotel and resort managers, renowned floral designers, and top editors from the industry's leading publications. To ensure a highly intentional and balanced experience, each attendee category will have a limited number of available spaces.

Each attendee, once they are invited and have RSVPed with their “yes,” is encouraged to schedule a 20-minute review call with Rebecca, one of our founders, before the event. This is an opportunity for you to share more about you and your business, and to help us curate your introductions to fit your personal and business goals.

Every attendee is hand matched into a cohort of like minded professionals based on Rebecca’s one on one interview and each person’s professional goals, challenges, and aspirations. These small cohorts will have multiple touchpoints before and during the experience to foster deeper relationships and ongoing conversation. Discussion groups are different. Attendees also participate in a variety of topic based discussions based on their interests, each led by a Discussion Leader. While discussion groups change throughout the event, your cohort remains the same, creating continuity and deeper connection.

Lodging is not included, but we host Kindred at locations known for luxury accommodations that are typically available on site. We will email room block information — available at an exclusive rate — for the selected location to attendees after registration.

After we review each application (we receive thousands), we will often send digital invitations to the selected attendees. You can expect this in the early summer of each year. We simply ask that you RSVP upon receipt so that we may provide attendance opportunities to others on our waitlist if you are unable to join.  An invitation does not guarantee your spot until you are registered. Spaces are limited and we encourage all interested attendees to register quickly.

Hearing this will always fill our hearts because this experience helps us meet people who feel like family. In full transparency, we strive to thoughtfully invite repeat guests in addition to new faces to ensure a fresh and dynamic atmosphere. Please re-apply between January and June to ensure you are on the list for our next application review. For each and every event, the people we invite to break bread with us are selected for that specific time in the industry.
